Daantje Bons is a Dutch Fine Art photographer who uses provocation & humour to explore views of gender, femininity’s ideal image, simulacrum & expectation. Bons tells us, “A big theme I’m interested in is femininity & womanhood. I was really inspired by answering the questions through photography. It made me work in a different way which was motivating and fun! I thank Kollektiv Gallery for the opportunity to expand my imaginative power.”
